Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on May 2, 2022 through May 4, 2022, found that Accumulacare Agency, LLC had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an off-site state re-licensure survey conducted on March 1, 2022.
